Shipping Quote Approval
How later shipping costs are quoted and accepted.
A later quotation is a separate decision. Supplier sourcing must not begin before the required customer approval and payment conditions.
1. Order received
Product-only preorder information is collected according to the checkout terms. No later charge is automatically approved.
2. Shipping quotation
Where required, a separate quotation identifies transport, customs/clearance and last-mile charges and states what is included or excluded.
3. Customer decision
The customer should be able to accept or reject the quote before supplier purchase. If accepted, the additional payment is collected through an approved payment flow.
4. Sourcing proceeds
Only after required quote approval and settled/verified payment can the sourcing step begin.
5. Rejection or quote expiry
A rejected or expired quote must stop sourcing. The store’s published cancellation/refund procedure applies; never imply an instant automatic refund.
