Journey Drops Explained
Curated products in a shared preorder window.
01
What a Drop is
A Journey Drop is a limited-time collection of reviewed products. Each campaign can have a cutoff date, product eligibility rules and its own shipping/delivery terms.
02
Same Drop, one basket
Eligible products belonging to the same Drop can be ordered together, subject to the WooCommerce and Commerce plugin cart rules.
03
After the cutoff
Paid, verified orders are reviewed and the ordered quantities are sourced. Timing and status updates should be shown in your order information.
04
Read the exact terms
Estimated arrival dates are not guarantees. Check the current campaign and product pages for the applicable delivery and cancellation terms.
