How confirmation works
After initial order receipt, availability and logistics are checked. The customer receives a clear additional quote and must approve the stated amount before supplier purchase.

If the quote is declined
The order must not proceed to sourcing. Cancellation and refund handling must follow the published, legally compliant terms and the payment gateway’s capabilities.
