Read the price and delivery terms
Journey Drops and China Catalog products can have different shipping arrangements. Check whether quoted shipping/import costs are included before paying.
Review the shipping quotation, if required
For quote-later items, we calculate applicable shipping and import charges after the initial order. You must approve the quote before sourcing, and additional payment may be required.
Supplier purchase and fulfillment
After the required payment and approval steps, your order enters China sourcing, shipping, customs clearance and local delivery.
Follow your order
Use order updates and your account to follow the fulfillment process. Review the published shipping and cancellation terms for your specific order.
