How customers can report website accessibility barriers.

1. Aim

THE OTHER MILE aims for readable type, keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, accessible form labels and responsive layouts for common devices. This is an aim rather than a claimed third-party certification.

2. Known limitations and verification

Full screen-reader, keyboard-only, zoom, contrast and payment-provider testing has not yet been completed. Some third-party gateways and widgets may have their own limitations.

3. Reporting barriers

If an interface prevents you from browsing, accessing an order, reviewing a quotation or contacting support, email [email protected] with the page address and description. We will work toward a reasonable accessible alternative.
