Preorder Terms

Specific contractual terms for our two preorder models.

INTERNAL REVIEW DRAFT — NOT APPROVED FOR PUBLICATION. These proposed terms must be checked against actual payment, import, fulfillment, privacy and consumer-protection practices before publication. A policy alone does not activate refunds or change checkout logic.

Two sourcing paths · Prepared for legal/operational review. The specific product page and customer confirmation must identify the applicable terms.

1. Clear classification at checkout

Each listing identifies whether it belongs to a Confirmed Journey Drop or the China Catalog. Neither should be presented as ready-to-ship Bangladesh inventory unless that is true. Do not enable paid preorders before the advance-payment rules and gateway arrangements for the applicable goods are confirmed compliant.

2. Journey Drops

A Journey Drop is a dated batch of eligible products. The campaign page should show its order cutoff, included charges, delivery estimate and any variant limitations. Orders from the same eligible Drop may be grouped; source purchasing follows the actual verified orders and the legally permitted payment workflow.

3. China Catalog — product-only price

Where explicitly marked product-only, the shown price excludes any charge expressly marked for later quotation. We aim to issue a shipping/import quotation within 1–3 days of order receipt, once freight details are available. This is a service target, not a guarantee if supplier information is incomplete.

4. Seven-day quotation validity

A shipping quote remains valid for up to seven days from issue unless the quote clearly states a shorter period for volatile cargo capacity or supplier availability. The quote must identify its covered cost components and material exclusions. A quote expires without automatically authorizing any supplier purchase or additional charge.

5. Explicit approval before sourcing

For later-quoted items, we require an affirmative approval of the itemized amount and completion of any lawful additional payment before purchasing from the supplier. Silence, browsing, or initial checkout approval do not constitute consent to later charges.

6. Rejected or expired quote

If the customer declines the quote or does not approve it before expiry, sourcing must stop. Where an advance payment was lawfully collected and no supplier commitment was made, we will arrange a refund of that payment subject to applicable law. No unexplained penalty may be imposed merely for rejecting an undisclosed charge.

7. Supplier stock or price changes

If the exact item or variant becomes unavailable, or its verified sourcing price materially changes, we will present a replacement/revised quote for optional approval. We will not silently substitute a product or charge an increase. A customer who declines a material change may cancel and receive the refund required by law.

8. Cancellation after supplier purchase

If sourcing has already begun under an approved, lawful arrangement, optional changes or buyer-remorse cancellations may be restricted by the supplier’s actual returnability and evidenced costs where legally permitted. Defective, misdescribed or undelivered-product rights are not reduced by this provision.

9. Estimate and communication

Sourcing is currently estimated at 7–30 days, with a separate stated delivery estimate of 10–25 days; these are indicative stages, not a fixed total promise. The exact order page must clarify which stages overlap, what is included, and the applicable latest expected delivery date. Delays require prompt notice and lawful remedies.
