What to do if your order details need to change.

Before sourcing
Contact support with the order number as soon as possible. For later-quoted shipping, declining a quote should prevent supplier purchase.

After sourcing starts
Some modifications may not be possible once an item is ordered, shipped or customized. Customer rights still depend on the applicable law and final published terms.

Refund status
An approved refund requires a payment-provider process and may not be immediate. Never assume a refund is complete until confirmed.
Confirmed cancellation/refund processBefore supplier purchase: request cancellation through official support. After purchase: optional cancellation only if legally permitted and commercially feasible. Defective/wrong goods and undelivered orders retain all statutory remedies.
